「Maine Stone Symposium」

  Date :  July 27 - August 4 , 2019

  アメリカ、メイン州で行われるMaine Stone Symposiumに参加します。

  Nine of Maine’s most notable living stone sculptors, along with international guests from Japan and Canada,    will transform blocks of Maine granite for all to see July 27 - August 4 on the Boothbay Common during the  Maine Stone Symposium. Public hours are 10 - 4 daily. 

 Artists enthusiastically invite the public to interact with them and watch the sculptures develop over the ten  days. It’s sometimes noisy and dusty, but always fun to watch! Admission to the Symposium is free and open  to all ages. 

 The artists will work with a wide variety of hand and power tools to create works of art that will be sold at the  Boothbay Region Land Trust's Points of View Art Auction on Thursday, August 8, 2019, or later join the  Boothbay Harbor Region Sculpture Trail.
